Canberra Nature Park

Canberra Nature Park comprises approximately 30 separate native bushland and grassland reserves throughout urban Canberra. These provide fantastic opportunities for walking, exploring the territory and relaxing in nature.

Reserves include: Jerrabomberra Wetlands, Pinnacle Nature Trail, Remembrance Nature Park, Black Mountain, Mulligans Flat, Urambi Hills Nature Trail, Mt Ainslie, The Pinnacle and Cooleman Ridge.

Kangaroos in the city

Good spot to see Kangaroos really close to the city centre of Canberra and go for a bushwalk. Basically an open reserve so you just need to find the nearest carpark and stick to the walking trails.
