With food that is 'art on a plate', Sage has attracted rave reviews form many quarters.
The leafy, suburban mirage of the restaurant is nestled into the heart of Gorman House Arts Centre.
It's Sage's mission to provide extraordinary experiences. Their award winning chefs showcase the region's best produce and grow much of their unique produce on their own 600 acre farm minutes from the restaurant door. They also work closely with neighbouring producers.
The adjacent outdoor courtyard is home to MINT Garden Bar; a great location for a quiet drink and tapas after work with friends.
