Having trained under Jean Luc Obers at Chez Moustache, and then produced consistently high performance dishes in James Musillon's team at Aubergine, Courgette, and then Sabayon, David Keeley has topped his already illustrious career off with this restaurant in the heart of the Woden Valley.

Everything about the food was spectacular! Timing, temperature, presentation and balance of flavors was all exceptional! Friendlier service would be welcomed, but overall a great night out.

This place is a hidden gem in the suburb of Torrens - would much prefer to go here than Civic or Manuka. The food was of great quality and the service was excellent. Would definitely go there again.

My partner and I choose Pistachio as a last minute anniversary dinner as it is close by. We were the only people there when we arrived but were seated on the table closest to the bathrooms. Cheers...
