Author talk with Tim Cope: On the Trail of Genghis Khan

Tim Cope, Australian adventurer and one of Australia’s 50 greatest explorers, shares his compelling story of fear, loneliness, bravery, and a little bit of madness, as he followed Ghengis Khan’s 10,000km trek. Tigon, Tim’s faithful four-legged companion, will join Tim to relay his own adventures.

Tim set off on his expedition from Mongolia to Hungary in June 2014 on horseback, finishing the journey more than three years later. He tells the story of this trek in On the Trail of Genghis Kahn: An Epic Journey through the Lands of the Nomads.
