Hat's On Tasting Menu at Lanterne Rooms
The team at Lanterne Rooms was humbled and honoured to once again receive the prestigious Chef's Hat award from Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2017. To celebrate, a special 'Hat's On' Tasting menu will be available for a limited time.
The menu features 6 courses including dessert, and a celebratory glass of bubbles to begin. Dishes include Spicy XO prawns, Fish Otak Otak with Banana Blossom, Slow braised beef cheek Baukteh and more from their new Spring menu.
