Terrible Twos, Chef's Hat Menu at Lilotang

Since opening in 2014, Lilotang has been awarded a Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Chef's Hat for two the second year runnning. To celebrate this great honour, Head Chef Shunsuke Ota has created new dishes for a tasting menu available for a limited time only.

The menu includes:
- Beef Tataki with sake-steamed oyster and ponzu salad
- Rice Malt marinated salmon with black garlic, Ikura, citrus miso & aged black vinegar
- and more.
