To tantalise your tastebuds ahead of this weekend’s event, we’ve curated the ultimate guide to fuel you and your Instagram. Whether you have a sweet tooth, want to warm up with a drink, love unconventional flavours or want a delicious vegan meal, this guide has you covered.

For those with a sweet tooth

Hungry Brown Cow brownie cookie that has been deep fried.

Have a sandwich for dessert…a brownie sandwich
Hungry Brown Cow are bringing their brownie cookie sandwiches back – would it be The Forage without them? Fingers crossed the raspberry cheesecake and salted caramel flavours are on the menu.

A selection of colourful eclairs.

A rainbow of eclairs
These handmade eclairs are sweetened with seasonal fruit and come in all the colours of the rainbow.

For those who want to warm up with a drink

BentSpoke serving up a cold brew.

Warm up with hot apple and ginger cider
In addition to their popular craft beers, BentSpoke Brewing Co will also be warming your insides with a spice-infused cider. Be sure to taste their award-winning small pack ale as well, it just took out first prize at the International Brewing and Cider Awards.

Who can say no to an espresso martini?
Serving up all the goods on June 15, Underground Spirits will have you choosing from espresso martinis, gin & tonic, shiraz gin & soda and more.

More beverages to warm your heart and hands
Collector Wines and Quarry Hill Wines will be pouring their local drops at the festival, alongside new kids on the block Spritz & Co who will be debuting at The Forage with authentic spritzes.

Skeehan Brothers are back with their mulled wine and a specially brewed hot buttered rum. Non-alcoholic versions will also be on offer.

For vegetarians and vegans

Turkish is on the menu for veggie lovers
The team from Emmy's Gourmet Gozleme will be catering for vegetarians, vegans, dairy and gluten intolerant festival goers with their savoury Turkish flatbread. Expect fresh pastry filled with cheese and seasonal vegetables or with beef and chicken cooked right there and then on a hot plate.

Make it a three-course meal with these additional vegetarian  and vegan options
Coco's Coffee specialises in plant-based whole foods and their menu will have your mouth watering. We're talking fritter wraps, American cheeseburgers, big V macs and classic cheeseburgers.

A selection of different flavoured and coloured fudge with an assortment of visual toppings.

Edible Favours will also be baking up a vegan Fudge, along with their usual range of delectable desserts, while vegetarians can enjoy a warming bowl from Ramen Daddy.

For those who love flavour

Bao at The Forage made.

Bao that pushes flavour conventions
After the launch of their charcoal bao at The Forage in April, Bao by Asian Tiger are going to push the boundaries again and will be introducing their wholemeal bao and Szechuan chilli chicken.

A selection of River Kitchen jars in a wooden crate.

Enjoy nostalgia in a jar
Grab a jar, grab a spoon and just enjoy everything about The River Kitchen lemon curd. Or perhaps a salted caramel sauce is more your thing?

For those who want to give back

On the day you can buy a Forage water bottle that you can fill at one of the many free water stations around the festival, with $5 from every sale going to Give Me 5 for Kids, or you can warm your mitts with some pocket hand warmers for a gold coin donation.

How to get to The Forage
