The Boat House
Chef John Leverink delivers impeccably plated modern Australian dishes with the freshest ingredients in elegant surroundings. Choose from four courses a la carte, a multiple course degustation or use their private dining menu which offers many different menu styles to suit your event. A front of house team keeps the floor running efficiently with an emphasis on friendly, professional, knowledgeable service.
The three private dining rooms are superbly presented with crisp white linen, crystal glassware and direct access to a lakeside deck and gardens. The atmosphere is further enhanced by floor to ceiling windows and a crackling open fire in the West End Room during the winter months.
The extensive wine list features a sizeable selection of Canberra region wines, great labels from Australia's best regions and an impressive list of French champagnes.
