Chifley's Bar & Grill, a modern Australian steakhouse, located within the historic Hotel Kurrajong Canberra, is named after the 16th Prime Minister of Australia Ben Chifley. The steakhouse features premium beef and locally foraged seasonal produce. Chifley's actively adopts a paddock to plate philosophy to ensure freshness and flavour for its customers. The stand alone steak menu offers 18 different cuts including David Blackmore Wagyu and Cape Grim Black Angus.

“Avoid the aircon vents.”

I found it very cold sitting under a vent.It is a pleasant room looking out on to a sitting area. Food was not always hot when it arrived but generally tasted all right.
