Located in the Burbury Hotel and Apartments, at the centre of the Realm Precinct, Lilotang offers a unique style of modern Japanese cuisine not yet seen in Australia. Head Chef Shunsuke Ota combines his traditional Japanese training with new methods and techniques that he develops himself or adapts from other culinary traditions, to create truly unique and spectacular food.
