Bacaro offers a sleek, sexy space to enjoy a quick dinner, carefully-sourced regional Italian wine, or authentic snacks. This intimate 50-seat wine bar is tucked behind Italian and Sons' restaurant.

The wine list offers each Italian region's best, local house pours from Mount Majura and a wide range of magnums.

Honest, authentic Italian fare blends beautifully with Canberra's regional produce. Feast on house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza, imported Italian formaggi and house-made cured meats. Other highlights include wood-fired erbazzone (spinach pie), fried Yass Valley rabbit, oxtail ragu alla vaccinara and semolina gnocchi romano.
