The centre piece of the hotel’s atrium, The George offers guests a taste of Canberra’s finest produce and prime cuts, coupled with a bustling bar and the one of the best wine lists in the city.

Food is always great, served quick & always the way we ask for. There is also an extensive drinks menu available from the bar.
