New Year's Eve in the City
Ring in the new year in Canberra with a fantastic line-up of free entertainment including two live music celebrations and state of the art fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Civic Square hosts an all ages concert line-up while Garema Place brings in the New Year with bass beats and high-energy dancing.
Both the Civic Square and Garema Place celebrations are alcohol-free and glass-free to encourage a safe and friendly atmosphere.
A full program of music acts and activities will be promoted closer to the event date, with headline acts announced on the Events ACT website and social media channels.
