School Holidays: Spring Photo Storytelling Workshop
Overview
Explore your story through photography with School Holidays: Spring Photo Storytelling, for ages 13-16!
Over three days, participants will embark on a journey of self-expression, have discussions about crafting unique stories, and select themes to explore through photography. From understanding the basics of digital photography and studio lighting to going on interesting photo walks and learning how to express their themes through image-making, this three-day workshop is perfect for budding photographers to explore and express their ideas creatively.
The course will culminate in participants creating either a physical or digital storyboard collage revolving around their chosen theme or story, a small show-and-tell to the group and the optional possibility of including it on the PhotoAccess online gallery (with parent’s permission).
All cameras and equipment are provided! Kids can also bring their own camera if it’s in working order. Suited for ages 13-16 years old.
