Loved the history of Lanyon and the guide was knowledgeable. The grounds were also so well maintained and it was interesting to see how some farming families lived.

While advertised as seeing the homestead decorated for Christmas in the period, the guide gave a lot of background history of the property in general which was of great interest to me.
