Trecento, a pizzeria, restaurant & bar serving up Neapolitan-style pizza, using a 300-year-old Italian recipe.
Nestled in the heart of Manuka, Trecento serves up a variety of regional Italian cuisine and traditional pizza made by “Pizzaioli” who are certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) – a highly regarded association that regulates the verity of Neapolitan pizza, world-wide.
The first and only AVPN certified restaurant in the Canberra region and one of twenty-two certified restaurants nationally.
The restaurant has been designed with the kitchen open and airy allowing diners to see in, connecting the diners and the chefs like in a true Italian home.
