Ready-Cut Cottage
Overview
Ready-Cut Cottage is a 1920's heritage cottage situated in the Gudgenby Valley, on the southern bank of the Gudgenby River in Namadgi National Park. In April 2024 Ready-Cut Cottage was closed for maintenance until further notice.
This historic cottage is a cosy base from which to explore the majestic mountains and rivers of Namadgi. Sleeping up to 7 people, the three bedrooms have wardrobes and sideboards, each with lamps. The humble bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pots and pans.
Enjoy a taste of both Aboriginal and European history by exploring the nearby Yankee Hat Aboriginal art site and the Settlers Track walk.
Sit for hours on the balcony soaking up the mountain views, or curl up by the fire with a good read.
Bring your own firewood, bedding, towels and food.
