“lots to see but very poory laid out”
a wonderful settign for an origianl building but the exhibits are not laid out in a manner that is logical nor easy to follow so you tend to miss sections and even whole upper floor. lots to...

The building and its setting are gorgeous. The museum tells the story of Australia in a cohesive, logical and entertaining fashion. There is a café on site so you can spend the day.
Went to the NMA to enjoy the Antarctic Experience! Well worth the investment in time if you have it, think it costs around $25 for the 20 minute experience. The NMA layout it self was lovely...
