Overview
Located in the historic, Art Deco building of the Coronation Theatre in Gunning, c. 1937, it has been owned and operated by iconic Australian actor, Max Cullen and his artist wife, Margarita Georgiadis since 2003.
This wonderful Art Gallery and second-hand bookshop feature a collection of original paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures and ceramics by local and interstate artists for sale.
The bookshop boasts a wide variety of second-hand movie memorabilia, posters, vintage magazines, scripts, plays, autobiographies, art books, maps, reference books, children’s books, gardening, fiction a non-fiction.
The Picture House Theatre hosts occasional performances and events throughout the year by internationally acclaimed musicians. The gallery and theatre are available for hire for community groups and performers.
