Tucked within the vibrant Dairy Road precinct, The Mill Theatre is Canberra’s newest and most exciting theatre destination. This intimate 67-seat greybox studio offers a front-row experience to incredible live performances, bringing you closer to the action than ever before.

Opened in November 2022, The Mill Theatre was transformed from a former cool room into a cutting-edge performance space, thanks to the expertise of Elite Event Technology—their major partner—and the vision of the Molonglo Group. In 2024, they welcomed Willard Public Affairs as Principal Sponsor and launched the Mill Theatre Co-Production Series, giving talented creatives a platform to bring their stories to life.

But the experience doesn’t stop at the theatre doors. Located in the dynamic Dairy Road precinct, The Mill Theatre is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, craft breweries, and stylish bars—perfect for a pre-show dinner or a post-show drink.
