Overview

Canberra puppy yoga with Yoga Paws offers a relaxed weekend experience across the city's advertised Phillip and Narrabundah locations. The ongoing weekly programme pairs gentle yoga with the company of curious puppies, giving visitors and locals a welcoming activity to enjoy alone or together.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and suits beginners as well as participants with yoga experience. Mats are provided, and guests can take the movement at their own pace while puppies explore, play and rest nearby.

An animal-first approach guides the sessions. Puppy interaction is voluntary, two dedicated staff focus on care, and a separate retreat space allows puppies to step away from participants. Full rest breaks separate sessions.

Canberra sessions continue as part of the weekly city programme, with locations alternating according to the advertised schedule. The Canberra booking page shows the venue and times for each available date. Tickets are generally released around three weeks ahead, and public sessions welcome participants aged 12 and over.
