Create and decorate your own kite to fly at one of Canberra's most scenic locations during these school holidays! Perfect for creative minds and busy feet!

After flying their kite, children can take their creations home with them. In the event that the weather is unsuitable for flying, don't worry! Children can still enjoy the experience of making and decorating their own unique kite, and bring it back on their next visit to the Arboretum.

Suitable for ages five and over, though children aged 5-7 years require a supervising parent/carer.

This is an accessible event with an accessible venue and bathroom facilities.
