Considered by many to be one of, if not the, most influential play of the 20th century, Dublin-born Nobel Prize-winning writer Samuel Beckett captured the consciousness of generations with his landmark work. How do we get up every morning? How do we fight through every day? And how do we go to sleep every night never knowing whether our hopes and dreams might be granted? Godot asks that we rethink the world and our place within it.

For the first time in Canberra in 20 years a brand new production of Beckett’s groundbreaking classic of comic play and exquisite prose, under the direction of The Street’s Artistic Director Caroline Stacey.
