Overview

Fairbairn Golf Club is hosting the ACT PGA Senior Golf Championship. Playing in this event are Peter Senior, Peter Lonard, Andre Stolz, Mike Harwood and Brad Burns, plus up to 67 other PGA Legends players, including many of the current top 10 in the 2025 Legends Order of Merit.

The event will include a Pro Shootout on the par-3, 14th hole on Thursday.

This event will be held conjointly with a Pro-Am event for local amateur players, and entries are open now through the clubhouse and the club's website for any amateur players with a handicap.

There is an opportunity for viewing these Legends Professional players playing in the Canberra environment at the club with shotgun tee times across the course both days at 07:30 and 12:30. Come along and spend some time viewing some great golf from these players from across Australia (plus a couple of international players). A raised viewing platform will be installed on the 14th hole (by the clubhouse) to view the players as they come around the course.

This is a once-a-year opportunity to see some Australian Legends of golf playing in the ACT.
