Overview

Come and celebrate National Threatened Species Day at this free family day at Wildbark! Enjoy live music by Wallabindi, a nature photography workshop with Graham Gall, a creative drop-in activity with Michele England and more!

It is also the perfect opportunity to check out the third annual National Threatened Species Day Open Photographic Exhibition at Wildbark. The exhibition is presented by Gungahlin Arts and Wildbark and is on display from 5 September - 30 October, 2025.

National Threatened Species Day is an opportunity to shine a light on at-risk Australian native plants and animals and celebrate the many important conservation activities being undertaken by scientists and our community to protect these species and their habitats.
