In collaboration with Spirits CBR and CBR Visitor Centre Nine Circles are pleased to present these immersive and casual workshops at the Canberra Visitor Centre in the heart of Canberra.

Have you ever wondered how gin and whisky is made? Or where did it originate from? Why are modern/contemporary spirits so different to one another? Come along as you are walked through some of these questions and any others that you might have about distilling. You will start off with a brief history of spirits and an in-depth discussion about how they make their spirits and the journey that Nine Circles Distillery has been on since its inception.

The ticket price includes a guided tasting through their range of products and an in-depth discussion about all things distilling. You will also indulge yourself with an oyster tasting featuring oysters farmed right on their doorstep in the local estuaries of Pambula River and Broadwater Lake, and pair them with some of their gins as well as some indigenous botanicals. Guiding you through this masterclass will be one of the distillery owners, who will impart some of their knowledge of distilling in a relaxed atmosphere.

Both classes will run for approximately 60 minutes; select from one of two time slots.
