Overview

Join Canberra-based artist Jenny Adams for the first of seven workshops hosted by the Canberra Visitors Centre.

This relaxed, beginner-friendly painting class is inspired by nature, colour and wellbeing. Perfect for those with little or no experience, the session focuses on creative exploration rather than technical perfection.

Jenny has painted for over 20 years and is known for her bold shapes, vibrant colours and decorative style. Her work reflects everyday connections with nature and the positive impact these have on mental health.

In this hands-on class, Jenny will guide you step by step, building confidence and encouraging experimentation in a supportive environment. All materials are provided, and you'll take home your own 40cm x 50cm finished artwork.

No prior experience required—just bring your curiosity and willingness to have a go.
