Immerse yourself in an enchanting evening where music, art and nature come together. Set amongst the imagined gardens of Andrew Antoniou's The Garden. A Place Beyond exhibition, Grainger Gallery welcomes Canberra's acclaimed early music ensemble the Limestone Consort for a special performance celebrating the beauty of spring.

Featuring renowned vocalists Greta Claringbould (soprano), together with their fellow musicians, violinist Lauren Davis, cellist Gabriel Fromhyr, oboist Aaron Reichelt and harpsichordist Ariana Odermatt. The program brings to life exquisite floral and nature-inspired Baroque works by composers including John Christopher Pepusch's' Fragrant Flora, haste appear, La Paix du Parnasse from l'Apotheose du Lully by Couperin, and other classics by Alessandro Scarlatti and Giuseppe Antonio Brescianello.

Surrounded by paintings that explore gardens as places of beauty, transformation and renewal, audiences will experience an intimate performance that echoes the spirit of Floriade's Feast of Flowers theme. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of art, music and the arrival of spring in one of Canberra's most inspiring gallery settings.
