Learn how grapes are transformed into wine, from harvesting and fermentation through to blending and bottling and taste straight from the barrel! You'll also get to nibble on a delicious cheese plate while tasting wines, sharing stories and asking Michael all those questions you've always wanted to ask a winemaker.
