Learn from Chocolatier Wendy as she shares her tips and techniques to making beautiful chocolate truffles, from preparing delicious fillings to creating the perfect chocolate finish. Get creative! Discover two different truffle-making techniques. Learn to make traditional hand-rolled truffles and master the art of filling chocolate shells with delicious centres. You'll make TWELVE delicious chocolate truffles to take home, show off and enjoy (if they last that long!).
No experience necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and love of chocolate!
Closed shoes are compulsory.
