Their iconic four-course menu operates in the evening with a two or three-course lunch . A front-of-house team keeps the floor running efficiently, emphasising friendly, professional, knowledgeable service.

The three private dining rooms are superbly presented with crisp white linen, crystal glassware and direct access to a lakeside deck and gardens. The atmosphere is further enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows and a crackling open fire in the West End Room during the winter months.

The extensive wine list features a sizeable selection of Canberra region wines, great labels from Australia's best regions and an impressive list of French champagnes.
