Located in the riverside village of Jugiong a minute from the Hume Highway in the Hilltops region, The Sir George offers a unique eat, drink, and bake experience in the Australian bush.

Built in 1852, the historic venue has been restored to create a warm and relaxed space where the old meets new with a restaurant, boutique bar and artisan bakery.

A philosophy of simplicity and authenticity will underpin all that is The Sir George – from the menu of locally sourced Hilltops produce to the beer garden that feels like your own.

Lovely old pub with cozy seated bar areas, open fireplace and Conara heating, a country haven. Great local wine selection and meals, while not cheap the food, ambiance and service was faultless.
