Overview

Pilot restaurant is a small venue in the suburb of Ainslie in Canberra. There is no a la carte menu, but instead treat yourself to seven courses over two hours.

With polished concrete floors, pendant lighting, chic curtains on floor-to-ceiling windows and dark furnishings, Pilot is a smart, low-fuss experience.

In the kitchen, Hanslow takes complex flavours and presents them with simplicity evoking memories and nostalgia on all levels.

When deciding what to drink have a look through the all Australian wine list or choose to experience the non alcoholic or full beverage pairing.

Pilot is ‘fine dining’ but not as you know it. The restaurant is built on pure genuine hospitality with an excuse to share stories and products from around Australia in a restaurant setting with a homely feel.

That is probably why the Pilot sign off is always... 'Just trust us'

And you should.
