Redbrick Coffee’s philosophy is all about making specialty coffee approachable for all coffee drinkers, and their Fyshwick roastery, cafe and headquarters does just that. Try one of their four distinct coffee blends, or choose from a rotating range of filter or espresso roasted single origins. Watch the roasting in action through the huge glass window separating the roastery and cafe. Sit and enjoy a coffee, toastie or pastry in the light-filled space, or grab some beans and brew gear from the retail shelf to use at home. Plus, they offer monthly home barista classes to help you jazz up your skills and brew delicious coffee at home.
