Overview
On a Flora Explorer Bus Tour, discover the diversity and beauty of the living collection of native plants at the Australian National Botanic Gardens.
Join an experienced Volunteer Guide in a relaxing 45-minute tour aboard the Flora Explorer open-air electric bus. Enjoy live commentary of the main highlights of the Gardens and hear stories about Australia's unique plants in a spectacular bushland setting.
Tours depart from the Visitor Centre on weekends and public holidays at 11.30am and 1.30pm.
Suitable for families and visitors with limited mobility. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The bus is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for babies due to seating requirements. During winter, they encourage bringing a jacket or a rug to stay warm while on the tour.
