Join Dharwra Aboriginal Cultural Tours on a half day journey of Cultural Sites in Canberra and travel back in time to become a part of 'The Dreaming'. Gain a deep understanding of Aboriginal culture with one of their experienced Aboriginal guides.
Experience examples of Aboriginal occupation in the Canberra region. These include bush food in Red Hill, grinding grooves in Theodore and both a canoe tree and a shield tree at Lanyon.
This half day tour is recommended for families with children 12 years and older.
Note: Participants will need to be able to get in and out of a troop carrier four wheel drive vehicle at the various locations.
