Poetry of Autumn - Long Forest Walk

Overview
Venture into the forests with a volunteer guide for a two-hour long guided walk to discover the stories behind the forests, and experience the trees and forests from a poetic perspective. Knowledgeable and passionate volunteers give tours through the ever-changing forests to give visitors an insight into the history, purpose and stories of the National Arboretum.
There are over 20 kilometres of multipurpose trails that wind through a mosaic of 94 individual forests at the National Arboretum Canberra.
Whilst you are there, surround yourself with some of Canberra’s best panoramic views, stunning architecture and themed, landscaped gardens.

Well worth driving around the arboretum area not just for the trees but for the amazing views of Canberra and the mountains beyond. Afterwards a visit to the huge cafe area is recommended . Good...
