ACT Cabs is working towards their vision of providing Canberra with a world-class taxi service. ACT Cabs is the local taxi service in Canberra, ACT and surrounding New South Wales regions.
ACT Cabs are Canberrans who aspire to enable improvement in public transport for customers, drivers and operators. Their goal is simple: Work together to provide the best possible experience for the people who they work with.
ACT Cabs is the local taxi service in Canberra established with a view to improve existing taxi services in Canberra. Majority of ACT Cabs taxis are hybrid vehicles that are five star green rated. All taxis have a security camera for customer and driver safety and all ACT Cabs drivers are police checked.

- Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)
- Caters for people who are blind or have vision loss.
- Caters for people who are deaf or have hearing loss.
- Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
- Caters for people with high support needs who travel with a support person.
- Caters for people with allergies and intolerances.
