Every second Saturday evening (4 July, 18 July, 1 August), Beltana Farm hosts a twilight truffle hunt for an intimate group. As the light drops over 800 oak and hazelnut trees, you'll follow their dogs through the trufflière for a golden hour hunt that feels more like a film than a farm tour.

Afterwards, gather around the firepit for truffled snacks from the outdoor barbecue and a glass of bubbles as night settles in. It's quiet, it's beautiful, and it's the closest thing Canberra has to magic hour on a truffle farm, because it literally is.
