Come and pull a truffle out of the ground yourself.
Every Saturday and Sunday through truffle season, Beltana Farm opens its doors for a guided hunt and long lunch. You'll start at 10:45am on the trufflière with their dogs and hunting team, learning how to read the ground and spot the signs before the dogs do the real work. By midday, you'll be inside the restaurant sitting down to a stunning shared menu built around what's just come out of the earth.
This is the signature Beltana experience: a morning on the farm followed by a long, unhurried meal with seasonal produce and local truffles from the ground just in front of you. It's the kind of thing you tell people about.
