How to get to Canberra

Canberra is Australia's largest inland city and is just a short drive or flight away from major international arrival ports in Sydney and Melbourne.

Fly to Canberra with several domestic direct flights available from all five major cities hosting the Indian men’s team this summer including Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

Getting around Canberra

Canberra is a modern and well-planned city with a range of efficient and convenient transportation options.

Prime Minister's XI day-night

A Canberra fixture since the 1920s, Manuka Oval is home to the famous Prime Minister’s XI. If you’re a cricket fanatic, don’t miss the chance to witness a match at this historic venue.

The Prime Minister’s XI represents the final piece of Australia’s elite summer of cricket and cements the biggest Indian summer ever in the country, with the hugely supported men’s and women’s teams playing in nine different venues Australia-wide between November 2024 and January 2025.

The two-day, day-night Prime Minister’s XI match will provide India’s men’s squad with a crucial opportunity to play under lights with the pink Kookaburra ball.

Relaxing nature walks and wildlife spotting
